Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by AI Executives, operated by Casper Guldager ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a training session or otherwise accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before completing any purchase or booking. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with a purchase or booking.
2. Services
AI Executives offers the following services:
- AI Training 1-1: Tailored workshops and advisory sessions conducted directly with Casper Guldager, the scope and format of which are agreed upon individually with each client.
We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue any service or part thereof at any time, with reasonable notice where feasible.
3. Payment
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise stated. VAT may apply depending on your location and applicable tax regulations.
For 1-1 training engagements, payment terms are agreed upon individually and stated in the proposal or invoice issued to you.
We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe in accordance with their terms and security standards.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms for training engagements are set out in the individual proposal or service agreement issued to each client. In general, cancellations made more than 5 business days before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 5 business days' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, templates and recordings provided as part of any training engagement are the intellectual property of AI Executives and Casper Guldager. This includes but is not limited to written content, slide decks, worksheets and prompt frameworks.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your own professional development. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell or create derivative works from any materials without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services provide education, frameworks and advisory input. Results will vary depending on individual effort, personal context and implementation. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial returns as a result of participating in any of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Executives and Casper Guldager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Latvian courts.
