  • Booking data: Appointment information collected when you book a call with Casper via our calendar system.

  • Communication data: The content of emails or messages you send to us directly.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

  • To deliver the services you have booked, including sending appointment confirmations.
  • To communicate with you in connection with your enquiry or booking.
  • To send service-related emails, such as reminders or follow-up materials.
